Training sessions

All swimmers are expected to be on poolside 10 minutes prior to session start times to carry out Pre-pool exercises.

Elite:

Monday  6-7.30pm followed by spinning session

Tuesday morning 6.30am to 8am (Selected swimmers Redcar pool)

Tuesday evening 6-7.30pm

Wednesday 5.30-7pm followed by dry land training till 8pm

Thursday morning 6.30 to 8am (Selected swimmers Redcar Pool)

Thursday evening 6-8pm
