LAND TRAINING

In addition to the training that we offer in the pool, we currently have the following land training available -


* A Strength and Conditioning Class available for selected swimmers (age 11-13). This is on Wednesday evenings 5pm till 6pm.

* A Spinning Class is also available for swimmers aged 14+ on Wednesday evenings at 7PM.
