NORTHUMBERLAND & DURHAM COUNTY CHAMPS 2023

So the County Championships are done and dusted and here are the stats!...

Over the 2 weekends of competion, we had 38 heat swims - resulting in 28 finals. So 66 swims in total, with 44 of them being PBs...and all from just 10 swimmers.

Medals went to -

LEXI - Silver in 50 & 200 BREAST Gold in 100 BREAST

BILLY - Bronze in 200 BREAST

MILLIE - Silver in 50 BREAST

LEWIS - Gold in 200 BACK

Congrats to all of our swimmers who competed. The coaching team are thrilled with how everyone's performed & conducted themselves.

Barbara is really pleased with the clubs progress, now that we're back into full swing after covid. She's looking to increase the number of qualifying swimmers for next years County Champs and also convert some into Regional Qualifiers in Nov.
